1 ½ 500g Panettone

6 eggs

1pt cream

1pt milk

Sugar 200g

• Slice the Panettone into 4.
• Slice again to make triangles.
• Lay the Panettone in a large baking tray.
• Mix the eggs, milk, cream and sugar together.
• Pour over the bread.
• Bake on 160 for 20 minutes covered and 20 minutes uncovered until the custard has set.

Serve with hot custard and enjoy!

To celebrate Wimbledon, this month’s cocktail is a ‘Strawberries & Cream Daiquiri’!

Bacardi – 37.5ml

Cream – 50ml

Strawberry Puree – 50ml

Strawberry Liqueur – 25ml

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend with one scoop of ice.

Pour into a wine glass and garnish with a strawberry.
